First-time setup
No admin password is set yet. Enter a GitHub fine-grained personal access token with Contents: read and write on the releases repository, and choose a password. The token is encrypted with the password (PBKDF2 + AES-GCM) and stored in the repository as admin.enc; only the password unlocks it.

Deleting an app built by the release workflow hides it: it is removed from the manifest now and stays hidden on future releases until you restore it. Deleting an uploaded app removes its file as well.
Add an app
Uploads go to extra/<id>/firmware.bin in the repository and survive automatic releases. Build the image with PlatformIO the usual way; size and SHA-256 are computed here.
